I have an idea how to get more people.
Okay so this is it Set up a vote count system for every person.If the person votes more than 20 times he gets a Genie lamp of a certain amount of experience in any skill they choose.It doesent have to be anything too big.100k max or so. And if the person has voted over 50 times he gets a grater amount of xp

Well, that sounds like a good idea. But there should be a minimun-maximun votes. Like 10 or something votes for minimum and you can set the maximum. Or they could get reputation but I'm sure that would be stupid. Good idea.

No like every time you get like 20 points you can choose claim xp or get to 50 and do it

well okay 50k...thats only like from lvl 1-25 i think...and 100k after lvl 70 doesent do sht...so
